Well, it was a Friday night and I was babysitting my granddaughter. Her mom had to go out around 10:15 p.m. My granddaughter said, “Can you look at my head. It’s so itchy." So I looked and I almost passed out. I saw so many bugs. I did not know what to do. I immediately asked my husband to run across the street to see if the A&P was opened. He came back with some Pesticide Lice shampoo and I called my daughter and said you have to get here now. We used the pesticide and it did nothing. She still had bugs. I decided to go online and that's when I found Dale's ad. I called her at 1 a.m. in the morning and left her a message. It ended up that all 3 of us had it? Well to make a long story short, Dale could not come out that weekend, however, she was so helpful and informative. She gave me several numbers of lice services and I called one that was in my area. It cost me $600.00 for all 3 of us. Every day, I would call Dale and she would help me so much. She sent me her spray and natural lice shampoo and told me to watch her tutorial video on combing the hair. I learned so much about head lice. She was my angel. At this very hard time in life, she explained so much to me and we became friends. She was always there to talk to you and help me where the other lice technician from New Jersey never even called me back or check in to see how I was doing. Dale did all this for my family and I.
